MRP- and ERP-packages

This list of MRP- and ERP-packages lists all packages for MRP- or ERP-applications available on the Dutch market. We have included the large ERP-packages for the large companies as well as the MRP-applications for the small-sized companies.

Maintenance software

Many companies (especially process-oriented industries) have large service- or maintenance departments. Also a lot of stock is kept for maintenance- and service-usage. Because competition is increasing in many businesses, companies are looking for ways to improve their service- or maintenance-performance while lowering the costs associated with it. Most of the time, this leads to the implementation of maintenance or service software.

Schedulings software

Schedulings software is used for efficiently planning of the production capacity. This efficient planning is extremely important in industries where production capacity is expensive, for example the process industries. Here you will find a list of schedulings packages available on the Dutch market.

Executive Information Systems (EIS)

In many companies information is scarce and not readily available. Executive Information Systems aim to provide tailor-made management information. These systems make use of all transactional information systems already present in the organisation, where they get their data from. This data, coming from different underlying systems, is analysed, combined and presented to the manager in the way he would like his information to be. We have included a list of all executive information systems available in the Netherlands.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) software

Supply Chain Management software is a relatively new application area for businesses. Many large companies had to cut costs worldwide because of heavy competition. Many of them analysed their worldwide companies and concluded that there were many improvements possible which could drastically cut costs. By changing the production- and distribution structure of their company (and possibly relocate many production and distribution sites), they could gain a lot of cut costs while also improving performance of their logistic operations. Software to support these Supply Chain Management efforts can be found in this application area.

Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Manufacturing Execution Systems are used by companies to support and monitor their manufacturing processes. Often the MES-system is coupled with SCADA-systems, which directly steer the production machines. A list of MES-systems is included in this application area.

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Netherlands is known for its effective and efficient distribution system. Many international companies and many logistic service providers place their distribition sites in the Netherlands. For efficient management of these distribution sites Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are used. Here you will find a comprehensive list of standard software packages for WMS-applications.
